Our site is based on walks in and around Palmerston North / Manawatu area.
We hope to
give a guide of walks which are possible with your babies in prams or carriers; your toddlers or your older children.
Please
note that conditions are constantly changing, tracks wash out, slips occur and new tracks are made! If you find any of the
information to be incorrect or if there are walks you would like to see added please let me know by filling in the comment
form at the bottom of this page.
It is also important to remember that the weather can change rapidly
and even on shorter walks it is important to make sure you are well prepared and equipped for any conditions - particularly
if venturing into the ranges with young children! Most of all, remember to have fun!
